Do we really need minerals? Think about what a day would be like without minerals......you'd have to cook your breakfast over an open fire, walk or take your horse and buggy to work or school, no tv, no videos, no Gameboy, no computer, no toaster for your toast, no hair dryer, no curling iron, no cd's or tapes, no telephone to call your friends or relatives, no airplane to go on vacations, no high-tech equipment for our medical care, and the list goes on and on.
