Joy Mining Machinery, its people and its operations worldwide are committed to leadership and continuous improvement in Environmental, Health and Safety practices for the benefit of its employees, customers and communities.

The Presidential Safety Award is presented yearly it the facility with the best incidence rate performance. Facilities are broken into two categories, those that work less than 30,000 man hours per month and those greater than 30,000 man hours per month.
