mining solutions, today reported fourth quarter and fiscal 2009 results. Net sales for the quarter decreased by 7 percent to
$964 million compared to $1.0 billion in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008. Operating income totaled $184 million, or 19 percent
of sales, in the fourth quarter versus $192 million, or 19 percent of sales in the prior year quarter. Net income in the quarter
was $124 million, or $1.20 per fully diluted share, compared to $118 million, or $1.11 per fully diluted share, in the fourth
quarter of fiscal 2008.
